Oneyeorphic, another of the ever illusive and myserious ambient drone artists on Sirona has appeared this month with a three track album. [hindsight] opens the album with a few unlikely snippets spliced over a low-fi drone, leading up to a great, relaxed non-climax of rhodes and effectively sampled guitar, ending abruptly, but the title track satisfyingly puts you back into the blurred coma of slightly gritty, head-numbing reverb. The seven minute track Anywhere starts breathy and rumbling, but harmonics come and go in a roundabout and abstract way, a restful end, leaving us hoping to hear more from Oneyeorphic. This is a really solid ambient album and I'd definitely recommend it :)
